More Woke and Racist Privilege and Diversity Training Now Caught Happening Inside the Walls of A Major Banking Firm Based in Pittsburgh, PA
In this exclusive story, we’ll show you the documents we were sent of the latest diversity training happening inside PNC Financial Services Group‘s walls. The documents go into what EBRGs (Employee Business Resource Groups) are and how there are MANY members who basically have the ability to connect especially on woke issues as you’ll see in later documents.
The documents also make sure to break down ALL of the different groups of people that they typically like to segregate people into. Interestingly, “military” is now starting to become a group in many of these diversity programs, and PNC includes that as well. It’s just one more way to separate and segregate.
If the documents aren’t exactly what you would call “woke” or “racist”– don’t worry. Starting on the sixth page of the document is where things get good. This document attacks the “counteracting bias” idea where you should mentor, share stories or even learn about other communities and cultures. The problem is, nowhere is the previous documents included “white people” as a group. This means white people are the ones who need to reach out, and not receive anything in return.
Basically, from this document forward, everything is an instruction and condescension to white people. This means when they explain a few of the, supposedly, 150 types of bias, they are saying WHITE people have these biases. Some of the biases they list include affinity bias, mere exposure effect, truth illusion and priming effect.
Probably the most ironic bias type listed there is the “halo effect.” They define the halo effect as a tendency to use one trait about a person or thing to make an overall judgement. Funny because this is exactly what they do through the entire training when they group people together or go so far as to make white people who don’t fall into a group as being privileged.
In fact, on the very next page, the company proves their own bias by assuming people’s names are either white or black and then assuming someone would automatically discriminate based solely on their name. Seems like more gaslighting and projection from more white liberals who are actually the privileged ones. The white guilt is strong with these people…
The rest of the document’s pages go into workplace scenarios where the company tries to get you to “understand your privilege” based on your responses.

It’s time to realize that this isn’t simply something going on only on Twitter. This is another real world example of anti-white, privilege training at a major U.S. company. Every single bank and financial institution will be applying these same strategies due to ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) scores. It’s all part of the Great Reset and the coming “Stakeholder Capitalism” (a.k.a. Communism) changeover.
