OSHA suspends the vaccine mandates after the unconstitutional order was challended in the US Court of Appeals. The challenge to Biden’s OSHA mandate was assigned to the 6th Circuit Court of appeals.

The agency, which has no lawful authority to mandate vaccinations at workplaces, announced that they were stopping all enforcement of the forced medical procedure. OSHA

“On November 12, 2021, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit granted a motion to stay OSHA’s COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Emergency Temporary Standard, published on November 5, 2021 (86 Fed. Reg. 61402) (“ETS”). The court ordered that OSHA “take no steps to implement or enforce” the ETS “until further court order.” While OSHA remains confident in its authority to protect workers in emergencies, OSHA has suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the ETS pending future developments in the litigation.”

The installed Biden administration was mandating the jab on 2.1 million federal employees as well as companies with 100+ employees to either get the jab or weekly tests. Any company that did not comply faced $13,653 fines.

Osha Suspends The Vaccine Mandates

34 lawsuits from at least 27 states have been brought about to overturn OSHA’s orders for these companies to force injections into their employees. The lawsuits challenging the installed Biden administrations will be consolidated in the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati.

The rules require either proof of vaccination for each worker or mandatory masking and weekly testing of those without the jab.

What the agency and every other pro-Covid jab individual fails to take into account is the fact that those who are jabbed can catch and spread Covid. Why aren’t they forced to have weekly tests and wear masks when they’re just as much “a danger” as those of us who aren’t jabbed?

So, now that there is enough backlash and lawsuits piling up the vaccine mandates have been suspended. Will those who have already been terminated or punished at their places of work for not complying with such an unconstitutional order be rehired? We need to continue rising up and challenging what this administration tries to push.

The announcement came after the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans upheld a stay on a ruling ordering the agency to ‘take no steps to implement or enforce’ the emergency order ‘until further court order.’ 

Four out of five Americans age 12 and up have had at least one Covid-19 shot. Of all ages, about 69% of Americans have had one jab and 59% are fully vaccinated. Nearly 31 million people have gotten their booster shot since August when a third vaccine dose was recommended for those with compromised immune systems. 

The mandate was set to take effect on January 4, 2022.
