Our investigation has reached 1994. The corruption in DC doesn’t stop or even seem to slow down as we look into more murder and scandals by the Clintons.
Continuing on our investigation from part 10, Investigation: Corruption In Hollywood and DC Part 10: The Clintons – Vince Foster. Make sure to read that or start from part 1 if you’re new to the investigation completely.
On January 8 Gandy Baugh, an attorney for Clinton’s friend Dan Lassater “jumped” out of a tall building. Lasater, a figure in the Whitewater controversy, had been convicted of dealing cocaine and served six months in jail. But Clinton later pardoned him. Just a month later on February 8 Baugh’s partner also “committed suicide”.
Another plane crash happened on March 1, 1994. Hershell Friday, an attorney who was also a Clinton fundraiser and a member of the Presidential campaign finance committee, died in a plane crash when he failed to maintain control of his aircraft. Friday maneuvered to land at Bobwhite Hill Ranch, Arkansas. The aircraft impacted the ground and was destroyed. Factors related to the accident are supposedly darkness and possible spatial disorientation.
Just two days later on March 3, 1994, Dr. Ronald Rogers died in a plane crash. He was a dentist in Arkansas who claimed to have knowledge about Clinton’s extra-marital affairs and was willing to talk to the media. On his way to an interview to reveal information to a London Sunday Telegraph reporter in his twin-engine Cessna, the plane dropped off of radar and crashed, yet it still had a full tank of gas.
The Paula Jones case would come back to haunt some of those involved in the worst possible way. On May 11, 1994, Kathy Ferguson was found suicided by a gunshot wound to the right temple. Ferguson was the ex-wife of Arkansas trooper Danny Ferguson, a co-defendant with Bill Clinton in the Paula Jones lawsuit. The coroner ruled it a suicide despite the fact Ferguson had several suitcases packed as if she were going on a trip. Kathy Ferguson was a possible corroborating witness for Paula Jones.
A note was apparently written by Ferguson was found near her body. It indicated problems in her relationship with her boyfriend, Sherwood Police Officer Bill Shelton, Malcolm said. Another note, apparently from Shelton to Ferguson, questioned her relationship with another man, Malcolm said.
A month later on June 12, Kathy Ferguson’s fiancee Bill Shelton was found dead at her gravesite. He was suicided by a gunshot wound behind his ear. His death was ruled a suicide. Shelton had been critical of the suicide ruling of Kathy.
One that may or may not be part of the Clinton body count is Stanley Huggins. There are a few that seem they could be coincidences. In July 1994, Huggins died in Delaware. His reported cause of death was viral pneumonia. Huggins was a principal in a Memphis law firm that headed a 1987 investigation into the loan practices of Madison Guaranty S&L.
Another suicide by gunshot to the head happened on July 30, 1994. Calvin Walraven, who was a key witness against surgeon General Joycelyn Elders son at a cocaine-purchasing trial, apparently committed suicide
Walraven testified that he was working as a police informer when he bought a small quantity of cocaine from Kevin Elders, 28, in 1993. Elders was convicted.
A federal witness in the investigations into drug money in Chicago politics, Paul Olson, was on a USAir Flight 427 when it crashed approaching Pittsburgh. The flight had originated at O’Hare International Airport. Everybody on board was killed.
