The Biden Administration is reportedly been sending pallets of baby formula to the border despite a serious shortage in America.

The baby formula crisis that has hit America has left families trying to figure out ways to feed their babies. Despite this dire situation a Florida lawmaker released images of shelves fully stocked with baby formula at a migrant processing facility near the US-Mexico border.

Texas governor Greg Abbot said in a statement released Thursday, said that the alleged delivery of formula to undocumented immigrants was “yet another one in a long line of reckless, out-of-touch priorities from the Biden Administration when it comes to securing our border and protecting Americans.”

“It is not the children’s fault at all,” Cammack said. “But what is infuriating to me is that this is another example of the ‘America Last’ agenda the Biden administration continues to perpetuate.”

In one of the pictures, the formula appears to have just arrived after being shipped to the facility and some marked with a “DO NOT TAKE” sign.

“All these processing facilities are receiving pallets of baby formula,” the congresswoman claimed, adding that she was notified earlier in the day that “three more pallets” are on their way to the facility.

The agent who provided Cammack with the photos did not provide details on the frequency of the shipments but said that the pallets showed in the photos were just a few of what the processing facility received Wednesday morning.

“He, as a Border Patrol agent, just took in pallets, pallets of baby formula for all of the illegals that are crossing into the United States,” Cammack said

Gov. Abbott and National Border Patrol Council (NBPC) President Brandon Judd issued a joint statement on Thursday on the Biden Administration providing baby formula to illegal immigrant holding facilities as American parents scramble amid a nationwide shortage of the product.

Children are our most vulnerable, precious Texans and deserve to be put first. Yet, President Biden has turned a blind eye to parents across America who are facing the nightmare of a nationwide baby formula shortage. While mothers and fathers stare at empty grocery store shelves in a panic, the Biden Administration is happy to provide baby formula to illegal immigrants coming across our southern border. This is yet another one in a long line of reckless, out-of-touch priorities from the Biden Administration when it comes to securing our border and protecting Americans. Our children deserve a president who puts their needs and survival first – not one who gives critical supplies to illegal immigrants before the very people he took an oath to serve.

Biden Administration

“If [the Biden] Administration was not encouraging vulnerable women and children to put themselves in the hands of dangerous cartels, by incentivizing illegal immigration through the catch and release program, then the formula that is currently overstocked at the border patrol facilities could go on the shelves,” president of the union that represent Judd told The Post Thursday. “I am certainly not saying we should not care for those in our custody. We should.”

“I don’t know about you, but if I am a mother anywhere, anytime in America, and I go to my local Walmart or Target or Publix or Safeway or Kroger or wherever it may be that you shop and you are seeing their shelves and you are seeing signs that you are not able to get baby formula,” Cammack said. “And then you see the American government sending, by the pallet, thousands and thousands of containers of baby formula to the border, that would make my blood boil.”

If the photos provided to Cammack are correct and the Biden administration is sending pallets of formula to the border, why aren’t they doing more to help starving children throughout the rest of America?

“While mothers and fathers stare at empty grocery store shelves in a panic, the Biden Administration is happy to provide baby formula to illegal immigrants coming across our southern border,” the governor added. “This is yet another one in a long line of reckless, out-of-touch priorities from the Biden Administration when it comes to securing our border and protecting Americans. Our children deserve a president who puts their needs and survival first — not one who gives critical supplies to illegal immigrants before the very people he took an oath to serve.”

As the Biden administration has continually encouraged pregnant women and people with very young children to cross the border into our country, despite the fact that we have been having a formula shortage for two years.

“CBP takes seriously its legal responsibility to ensure the safety and security of individuals in our custody,” a US Customs and Border Protection spokesperson told The Post. “Ensuring migrants, including children and infants, in our custody have their basic needs met is in line with this Administration’s commitment to ensuring safe, orderly, and humane processes at our border. CBP complies with all applicable regulations for the purchase of products used in CBP facilities.”

The Department of Homeland Security and the Ursula Processing Center did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for additional details. US Immigration and Customs Enforcement referred The Post to CBP.

“Families and moms and dads and babies can’t wait two weeks. It needs to be happening now,” House Republican Conference Chair Elise Stefanik said.

“Joe Biden continues to put America LAST by shipping pallets of baby formula to the southern border as American families face empty shelves,” the New York congresswoman tweeted on Friday. “This is unacceptable. American mothers and their babies shouldn’t suffer because of the #BidenBorderCrisis.”READ MORE

During Jen Psaki’s last press briefing she as questioned about the formula shortage and the border being fully stocked. She referenced the Flores agreement that was enacted in 1997 following a lawsuit. This agreement requires children in federal custody to be provided access to adequate food, water and medical assistance, among other things.

“Hence formula for kids under the age of 1,” Psaki told reporters. “I would also note that we also think it’s morally the right thing to do,” she added. “This is a difference from the last administration. It is the law, but we believe that when children and babies…are crossing the border with a family member, that providing them formula is morally right, and so we certainly support the implementation of it.”

While those children should be cared for, had our borders been secured and the Biden administration didn’t encourage the immigrants to flock here we would not have this situation going on. So while you drive to every store within a 100-mile radius of your home trying to find food for your infant, then paying a ridiculously high price for it, remember that Joe Biden and the installed administration are providing shelves upon shelves full of the much-needed baby food to illegal immigrants in processing facilities that they’ve encouraged to come here.
