The Loudoun County father, Scott Smith, was arrested on June 22 at a school board meeting while he protested to the school’s proposed transgender policies. He stated that his daughter was raped in one of the school’s girls’ bathrooms by a ‘skirt-wearing’ male student. He called out Merrick Garland after his threats of deeming parents who protest school boards domestic terrorists.

Scott Smith was dragged out of the room where the school board meeting was taking place before he could speak. His daughter was sexually assaulted on May 28at Stone Bridge High School by the boy.

Smith’s daughter initially didn’t contact the police but eventually did. The boy, who sometimes wears a skirt and started using the girl’s bathroom, was charged with multiple counts of sodomy. The Loudoun County School did what all schools do and lied about the incident stating they never received a report of a sexual assault in a “trans” bathroom.

The student was arrested a second time in October for assaulting a second girl at a different school. He is currently being held in a juvenile detention center.

“We did respond. At the time, the juvenile was 14-years-old. He was charged with forcible sodomy. After that, it goes through the courts. The May 28, 2021, case at Stone Bridge High School involved a different set of circumstances, and a thorough 2-month-long investigation was conducted to determine the facts of the case prior to arrest.”  a spokesman for the sheriff’s office told DailyMail.com on Tuesday.

It would seem that Loudoun County schools did everything they could to protect the violent sexual predator.

‘It has been so hard to keep my mouth shut and wait this out. It has been the most powerless thing I’ve ever been through,’ Scott Smith said.

Smith was charged with charges of two misdemeanors-disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice (resisting arrest) as a result of a protest against the far-left school board.

On the day of the incident, Smith says the school told him to come to the campus because his daughter had been physically assaulted. They did not say she had been sexually assaulted.

Once he got there, he says school staff told him they would handle it internally, choosing not to call the police for an as-yet unexplained reason.

We as parents must stand up for our children. We’ve seen teachers time and time again exposed for their extreme Antifa, communist, and Marxist views; yet people like A.G. Merrick Garland want the FBI to investigate us as domestic terrorists. We are expected to sit down and shut up while these corrupt and tyrannical school boards brainwash our children and sweep all things unsavory under the rugs.

As we watch the public school system deteriorate more and more, it’s baffling that these people think that we wouldn’t stand up for our children’s rights. It’s baffling that they wouldn’t expect a father to fight for his daughter who was raped in her school…a school that tried to cover it up.

“Now, we ask that the federal government investigate, intercept, and prevent the current threats and acts of violence against our public school officials through existing statutes, executive authority, interagency and intergovernmental task forces, and other extraordinary measures to ensure the safety of our children and educators, to protect interstate commerce, and to preserve public school infrastructure and campuses,” the letter states.

Now is the time that we have to stand up and say no. No more. We will not tolerate these schools and these school boards corrupting and brainwashing our children.
