Children’s Court Judge Charged With Possession Of Child Pornography
Brett Blomme, a Milwaukee County Children’s Court judge, has been charged with seven counts of possessing child pornography showing the abuse of young boys. Blomme served as president and CEO of Cream City Foundation, an LGBTQ advocacy group that sponsors Drag Queen Story Hour.
According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, “Brett Blomme, 38, was arrested Tuesday and spent the night at the Dane County Jail. He made his initial appearance in Dane County on Wednesday afternoon, where a court commissioner set a signature bond, with the conditions Blomme not use social media or file sharing services, or have unsupervised contact with children, except for his own. By 4 p.m. he had been released.
Each of the counts carries a minimum mandatory sentence of three years and as much as 15 years in prison plus 10 years of supervised release.
The criminal complaint charges that Blomme uploaded as many as 27 images and videos of children being sexually abused last fall, using the messaging app Kik. The uploads charged in the complaint occurred from a home he and his husband own in Cottage Grove, in Dane County.Â
Prior to the change on the website, Cream City Foundation, openly bragged about supporting the Drag Queen Story Hour. A lot of drag queens from these particular storytimes have come under fire for their rather inappropriate contact with children.
We saw a drag queen teaching very young children how to twerk.
“Does anybody in this room know how to twerk?” Mama G asks those in the room, which sounds as though young children are present.
The drag performer continues: “All you need to do is you just need to stand with your feet sort of shoulder-width apart like so … and then you crouch down in this sort of position so you’re bum’s sticking out … And then you just move your bum up and down like that. And that’s twerking.”
These are the people who the left prop up on a pedestal. If you question the morality of these people you’re made to feel as though you are wrong. You are the one who is a bigot, homophobe, or oppressive. We’re made to feel wrong for wanting to protect our children and keep them from having crotches thrust into their faces. We’re made to feel wrong for not wanting pedophiles in positions of power, like a judge.
We’re supposed to just trust these libraries to perform those background checks and not allow registered sex offenders to interact with our children.
This isn’t the first time that we’ve talked about drag queens here though.
