Maryland Bill, Pregnant Person’s Freedom Act of 2022, Would Allow Mothers To Kill Their Babies Up To 28 Days POST Birth

Maryland Bill, MARYLAND SENATE BILL 669 or the Pregnant Person’s Freedom Act of 2022, would allow mother’s to murder their babies up to 28 days post birth.

Democratic Maryland Senator William Smith has proposed a dark, vile, and evil bill for legislation. The Maryland Senate Bill 669, or the Pregnant Person’s Freedom Act of 2022, would legalize “abortion” up to 28 days after the child(ren) is born.

The key phrase to pay attention to is perinatal death related to failure to act, not to be confused with prenatal. This phrase essentially means that a newborn baby can be left to die for up to a month after being born in the event that the “mother” decides she no longer wants to keep it.

So a woman can give birth to her child and if she decides it’s just too much of a burden for her, she can’t be charged if she allows the child to die.

In other words, if a woman is investigated or charged with any crime for the death of a child up to four weeks after birth, she could sue the police department for damages.

“The bill also proposes a revision of the fetal murder/manslaughter statute that would serve to handcuff the investigation of infant deaths unrelated to abortion,” American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) attorney Olivia Summers pointed out.

“Under the Safe Haven law, a distressed parent who is unable or unwilling to care for their infant can safely give up custody of their baby, no questions asked,” said the Maryland Department of Human Services. “Newborns can be left at hospitals or law enforcement stations.”

“There is absolutely no reason for Maryland Senate Bill 669’s attempt to prevent someone who lets their baby die from being investigated,” Summers wrote in an analysis of the bill.

“This bill just further exposes the complete lack of regard abortion advocates have for innocent human life.”

With the Safe Haven law, why propose a bill that would allow a mother to simply murder her child because she doesn’t want it? That’s why the Safe Haven law was put in place. To give her a way “out” after the child is born.

Democrats are proving more and more every day that their evil knows no bounds. They have an obsession with killing children that is absolutely mind-blowing.

Our children are the most vulnerable of us and should be protected at all costs, yet here are the Democrats giving evil a way to spread even more in our depraved society.
