Did Russia Strikes Target Us-Backed Bio-Labs In Ukraine? 1

Information shows Putin may have targeted (and maybe even is still targeting) US-backed bio-labs in Ukraine with Russia strikes.

I’ll keep this article as an opinion and perspective for now, but we’ll see how true this becomes. All of the information in this article has been found to be true, but the answer to the question: did Putin target US-backed bio-labs and are the bio-labs reason for his severe change in stance? Is Russia’s “special military operation” actually a smokescreen to target US bio-labs in Ukraine? Let’s delve into the information.

Speculation on social media suggests Russian strikes on Ukrainian military installations could also include US bio-labs in the region, as the Russian government has for years accused the US of developing bio-weapons near its border and in Ukraine in general. I happen to believe the worry over mass casualty weapons in general may also play a role in the takeover of Chernobyl.

This theory was put forth Thursday, February 24th, by Twitter user @WarClandestine, whose account was suspended soon after. Fortunately, his thread was archived before the account was banned and we have all of that information… and more.

Apparently, there are several US bio-labs in Ukraine under the guise of the US State Department’s Biological Threat Reduction Program, which is an initiative where the United States partners with other countries “to counter the threat of outbreaks (deliberate, accidental, or natural) of the world’s most dangerous infectious diseases.” Hmmm… how interesting.

“The Biological Threat Reduction Program’s priorities in Ukraine are to consolidate and secure pathogens and toxins of security concern and to continue to ensure Ukraine can detect and report outbreaks caused by dangerous pathogens before they pose security or stability threats,” the US Embassy in Ukraine’s website states.

@FestusMcgilicu1 shows in a tweet the locations of most of the major US-backed bio-labs. He also alludes to this being a possible reason for the interest in Ukraine.

The biological threat reduction program also led to the creation of two bio-labs in Kyiv and Odessa in 2019, areas that were recently struck by Russia.

As shown on the map circulating online, US-backed bio-labs are also located in Vinnystia, Uzhgorod, Lviv, Kherson, Ternopil, and near Crimea and Luhansk. Another possible lab is just off the border between Ukraine and Russia.

Russia Strikes Us Bio-Labs?

Another map seems to show areas that were recently attacked by Russia, many of which are cities where US bio-labs are believed to operate.

Russia’s Concerns in Ukraine and Georgia

Meanwhile, Russia has, for years, raised concerns over the possibility that the US is developing biological weapons along its border in Ukraine, with Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev claiming last year there were clear signs dangerous pathogens at the labs could be used for military, or political purposes. Russia is obviously worried.

Other reports claim that the US is also running secret bio-labs in the country of Georgia. If you don’t know, Georgie has been trying to join NATO for a long time. Since 1994, Georgia has aspired to become part of NATO ever since joining NATO-run Partnership for Peace. Georgia joining NATO is another demand that Putin says CANNOT happen.

“You pay attention to the fact that in the world, more and more new biological laboratories under the control of the United States are growing by leaps and bounds. Moreover, by a strange coincidence – mainly at the Russian and Chinese borders,” Patrushev said in July 2021. He went on to say that it’s unknown what really takes place within these facilities.

“We are told that peaceful sanitation stations operate near our borders, but for some reason, they are more reminiscent of Fort Detrick in Maryland, where Americans have been working in the field of military biology for decades. By the way, we should pay attention to the fact that outbreaks of diseases that are not typical for these regions are recorded in the surrounding areas,” Patrushev said.

He was asked if he believed the US was developing bioweapons in these labs, Patrushev said, “We have good reason to believe that this is the case.”

“Not a day goes by at the headquarters of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) in The Hague that the Americans and their allies do not come forward with another chapter of the anti-Russian chemical dossier.”

Russia has been bring up the idea of US-backed bio-labs in Ukraine to the UN since 2018, but as early as October 2021, China and Russia jointly called on the UN to monitor the US’ possible development of bio-weapons in Ukraine, releasing the joint statement saying, “in light of rapid advances in the field of science and technology with dual-use capabilities, the risk of biological agents being used as weapons has increased.”

“In this context [China and Russia] would like to call for attention that the United States’ and its allies’ overseas military biological activities (over 200 US biological laboratories are deployed outside its national territory, which function in an opaque and non-transparent manner) cause serious concerns and questions among the international community over its compliance with the BWC,” the joint statement noted.

The statement continued saying that “the two sides share the view that such activities pose serious risks for the national security of [Russia and China], and are detrimental to the security of relevant regions.”

Also, as Twitter user @WarClandestine mentioned, the two nations have indirectly blamed the US for the COVID-19 outbreak, which seems to be the case as more evidence has emerged that the NIH did in fact fund gain-of-function research (GoFR) at the Wuhan Institute of Virology where the virus is suspected to have originated. That being said, China would have had also been involved, considering the lab is in China…

According to @WarClandestine, Putin’s use of the broad term “special military operation” and his promise to demilitarize and “de-Nazify” Ukraine could be intentionally vague to obscure his true intention of taking out US bio-labs. It is funny, though, that Putin is using the left’s woke tactics to give himself a “good reason” to do what he’s doing. Remember “punch a Nazi?”

Pay close attention in the video below. Putin says “circumstances require firm and immediate actions from us” as if intelligence he just received puts Russia in grave danger. This would also make more sense out of his comment of being ready for “any outcome.” Putin has never been the type of crazy balls-to-the-wall kind of leader. He’s very calculated and would typically not want to place his entire country at risk like this, unless there was a reason.

It also doesn’t help that NATO has been expanding WELL beyond the promised Elbe river in Germany

What are your thoughts? Me personally? I don’t really think we are watching an invasion of Ukraine. I think it’s more of a defensive move on Russia’s part. After all, we use this same routine of taking out “weapons of mass distruction” all the time. Only thing is, these labs might actually be real…
