It’s being reported that at least 2 children at Barack Obama Global Prep Academy in LAUSD have apparently been given Covid vaccines without their parents consent or knowledge.
“The lady that gave him the shot and signed the paper told my son, ‘Please don’t say anything. I don’t want to get in trouble,’” Maribel Duarte, the mother of a 13-year-old boy who was vaccinated, told NBC4.
Her son was offered pizza in exchange for getting vaccinated. The school forced a medical procedure on the children, without parental consent, and offered pizza.
Attorney Jennifer Kennedy, who is fighting the school district’s vaccine mandate in court, contends children cannot consent to receiving a vaccine, saying, “The LAUSD does not have the power to add a vaccine to the California school schedule.” You couldn’t do it if you were a podunk school district and you can’t do it if you’re LAUSD, the second-largest district in the nation. You don’t have that legal authority.”
The public school system is broken and corrupt. They are bypassing parents and doing whatever they want without regard to the children and their health.
What if these students had allergic reactions after receiving the jab?
Which was a concern that Duarte had for her son. While she says that she is pro-vaccine and vaccinated herself, she wasn’t comfortable with her son receiving the jab because he “has problems with asthma and allergy problems.”
“It hurt to know he got a shot without my permission, without knowing and without signing any papers for him to get the shot,” Duarte reported.
According to NBC4, “LAUSD says student matters are confidential and wouldn’t comment specifically, but did say its ‘safe schools to safe steps incentive program’ is meant to ensure several steps are in place for vaccinated students to receive prizes.”
LAUSD Interim Superintendent Meagan K. Reilly said in the September mandate announcement, “The science is clear – vaccinations are an essential part of protection against COVID-19. The COVID-19 vaccines are safe, effective, and requiring eligible students to be vaccinated is the strongest way to protect our school community.”
“Our goal is to keep kids and teachers as safe as possible, and in the classroom,” LAUSD school board Vice President Nick Melvoin said. “A medical and scientific consensus has emerged that the best way to protect everyone in our schools and communities is for all those who are eligible to get vaccinated. This policy is the best way to make that happen.”
One school board member added, “we continue to battle a deadly global pandemic. If requiring the vaccine for eligible students will continue to keep them safe, why not do it? Students need stability, support, and to be in a classroom learning with their peers.”
The school district announced that 80% of the students at Barack Obama Global Prep Academy were vaccinated as of Thanksgiving and those who are not by January 10 or have legal exemption will be forced back into virtual learning.
LAUSD parents hosted a protest over the vaccine mandate on Sunday, setting up a locked gate prop “to symbolize an estimated 20,000 LAUSD students who will be forced to take online classes because they are unvaccinated.”
“They are being excluded, isolated, segregated, and shamed and bullied for a decision that isn’t even theirs to make,” Kennedy told KTLA5.
These liberal school districts, which are funded by taxpayers, want us to willingly give up our parental consent because they feel they are the ones who should make these decisions for our children.
They want us to inject our children with a “vaccine” that the FDA won’t release the FOIA for at least 55 years due to “processing”.
We’re expected to just blindly trust the government and Fauci despite the increasing number of vaccine-related health issues and deaths that are being reported.
And ignore the fact that the vaccine has a higher chance of causing problems than the disease it’s supposed to protect you from.
