Infowars War Room host Owen Shroyer has an arrest warrant out from the FBI. They have charged him over allegations from the Capitol “riots” on January 6.
Unfortunately for the FBI there is video footage that shows Shroyer was actually discouraging anything illegal or lawbreaking from happening during the march in D.C with Alex Jones.

The criminal complaint, filed by the FBI Washington Field Office’s Joint Terrorism Task Force, alleges Shroyer violated a February 2020 deferred prosecution agreement (DPA) from when he was charged for interrupting a House Judiciary Committee meeting on December 9, 2019.
According to the DPA, Shroyer wasn’t allowed to engage in disruptive conduct at any place upon U.S. Capitol Grounds with intent to disturb a session of Congress or any other capitol hearings.
There is no video or pictures that show Shroyer within the Capitol Buildings.
Shroyer was also not allowed to parade or demonstrate “within” any of the Capitol Buildings.
He also wasn’t engaging in disruptive conduct. He was discouraging disruptive conduct.
Why is it okay for the government to do that? Especially since the FBI has admitted there is no evidence that January 6 was an insurrection.
Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats were quick to accuse President Trump of inciting “an armed insurrection against America” the day after the Capitol riot took place.
The FBI has not found evidence that the Capitol Riots were organized to overthrow the installed administration.
Federal officials have arrested more than 570 Patriotic Americans, many of them still being kept in federal prisons. The prison officials going so far as to lock the doors when GOP representatives went to check on the political prisoners.
“Ninety to ninety-five percent of these are one-off cases,” said a former senior law enforcement official with knowledge of the investigation. “Then you have five percent, maybe, of these militia groups that were more closely organized. But there was no grand scheme with Roger Stone and Alex Jones and all of these people to storm the Capitol and take hostages.”
Now that they have announced that there has been no evidence found, will they release those political prisoners?
“Yet none of the January 6 defendants have been charged with ‘insurrection.’ None of them have been charged with ‘treason’ for attempting to overturn an election” writes Becker News. “In fact, many of those who were charged with even violent crimes are getting plea deals, apparently to prevent the release of exculpatory evidence in discovery, such as nearly 14,000 hours of video footage of the event.”
