Andrew Cuomo Found Guilty of Sexually Harassing Multiple Women

New York Attorney General announces that Andrew Cuomo sexually harassed multiple women in violation of state and federal law.

According to the investigation that looked into the allegations, Democratic New York Governor, Andrew Cuomo acted improperly with women from 2013 to 2020 and engaged in retaliation against a complainant.

“This is a sad day for New York because independent investigators have concluded that Governor Cuomo sexually harassed multiple women and, in doing so, broke the law,” said AG Letitia James in a statement. “I am grateful to all the women who came forward to tell their stories in painstaking detail, enabling investigators to get the truth. No man — no matter how powerful — can be allowed to harass women or violate our human rights laws, period.”

If Cuomo went by what he himself has said, he would have resigned already. He’s not though. No, he’s making excuses and forgiving himself for what he’s done.

“I’m not going to resign. I work for the people of the state of New York. They elected me, and I’m going to serve the people of the state in New York,” he said. “I’m going to do the job the people of the state elected me to do.”

“I do kiss people on the hand,” Mr. Cuomo said on Tuesday. “I do embrace people. I do hug people, men and women. I do on occasion say ‘Ciao, bella.’ On occasion, I do slip and say ‘sweetheart’ or ‘darling’ or ‘honey.’”

He went so far as to blame his inability to keep his hands to himself on his mother and father. They taught him warmth, which I guess translates into touching and kissing women when they don’t want to be.

It’s not just Andrew that people are talking about though.

No, his little brother CNN host Christ Cuomo, seems to have gotten himself involved in the mess as well.

The CNN employee and brother advised his brother helped draft a response to the initial allegations of sexual harassment against his brother on February 28. Not only did Christ Cuomo help with the response he also joined in on a conference call with Andrew and his aides urging big brother to not step down from his political post.

CNN confirmed that Chris was involved with Andrew’s issues at the beginning of the year as was reported by The Washington Post earlier this year. CNN did manage to call his actions “inappropriate”.

“Chris has not been involved in CNN’s extensive coverage of the allegations against Governor Cuomo — on air or behind the scenes,” CNN told the Post. “In part because, as he has said on his show, he could never be objective. But also because he often serves as a sounding board for his brother.”

A whole host of Democrats including house speaker Pelosi and members of the New York Congressional delegation.

And the former Vice President.
