California Couple Charged With A Hate Crime
Article Sponsor: EMP Shield

The Contra Costa County District Attorney’s office is charging a couple with a hate crime after they painted over the Black Lives Matter “mural” that was painted on the road on the fourth of July.

Nichole Anderson and David Nelson have been charged with three misdemeanors for the painting; the charges are vandalism Under $400, Violation of Civil Rights, and Possession of Tools to Commit Vandalism or Graffiti.

If the couple is convicted they face up to 1 year in prison. Meanwhile the thousands of rioters and looters who caused millions of dollars in damage are free to roam the streets and burn down more businesses.

Here’s a tweet from local news radio KCBS with the details.
