UPS Now Looks to Be Going Woke and Cancels Firearm Dealer Accounts and Even Goes So Far As To Say They Will “Seize and Destroy” Packages From Those Dealers
The war against our second amendment right is growing even thought we’ve gotten some wins lately, thanks to the Supreme Court. Now, shipping companies like UPS think they can jump into the war and get woke. However, you know the saying — Get Woke, Go broke.
United Parcel Service has sent letters to several firearms dealers where they believe “ghost guns” are being sold. No law has kicked in on anything dealing with “ghost guns” yet, so this seems to be a proactive measure. One of the companies they sent a letter to was Ghost Firearms where UPS says due to the fact that the dealer simply “may be violating applicable laws” concerning “ghost guns.” That’s right. They MAY BE violating laws. Doesn’t matter if they are or not (which they are not).
“We write to inform you that UPS has learned that your company may be violating applicable laws concerning the shipment of “ghost guns” to unauthorized locations,” the letter states. “In light of our concern, UPS has determined that it will cancel your account, effective immediately.”
The letter goes on to say that any schedules pickups will be cancelled and that the dealer cannot reopen this account or open any future accounts. No future shipments will be possible from a UPS store or through the website, either. To make it worse, the letter states that any shipments currently in transit will be “seized and destroyed.”
How the hell is that legal?
Ghost Firearms sells uppers, lowers, handguards and OEM parts for a number of manufacturers. They also sell 80% receivers.
Here’s the letter from to Ghost Firearms.
Firearms retailer Brownells told their customers in a Facebook post Friday, July 1st that their account was also canceled by the shipping company.
“Heads up! UPS has made the decision to no longer accept Brownells packages,” the post states. “We are working to put an email together to send to customers who have their account defaulted to UPS, or who have open orders with UPS selected as the carrier.”
And Brownells also posted this update to their Twitter account:
Amazing how we went from “just bake the cake” to this.
It’s obvious the government and corporations have worked together to censor us online, and now it looks like the same thing is occurring with our second amendment.
