Democrats Can Now Legally Disqualify Republicans From Elections Deemed as “Insurrectionists”; 14th Amendment May Be Applied
The Democrats have won a legal battle where they will now be able to deem Republicans as “insurrectionists” and then bar and disqualify them from elections. They are already talking about using this against Madison Cawthorn even though he lost his election, they don’t want him to have the ability to ever run again.
Others that the Democrats are likely to go after include Marjorie Taylor Green (R-GA), Lauren Boebert (R-CO) and 147 total Republicans, as can be seen from this tweet.
So, if you simply VOTED to overturn election results, made a speech on January 6th or even simply showed up on January 6th, they will try and use this ruling against you. All it takes is to go up against a judge who sees something you did as an insurrection, and you lose.
If this doesn’t push us into full on civil war, I don’t know what else will. Many people believe we’re already in a 4th and 5th generation information war and since it’s among ourselves, it’s a form of a civil war.
