OSHA will do what the Biden admin can’t legally do. They are giving companies with 100 or more employees until January 4 to comply with the vaccination mandate. They will then conduct on-site inspections to make sure businesses comply with the forced medical procedure.

Former Vice President Joe Biden announced Thursday that the Labor Department pushed through his vaccination mandate to large companies.

The White House released his statement where he touted the fact that 70% of adults are fully vaccinated, but it’s just not enough. He believes that more vaccinations are necessary for the country to be “back to normal”.

“Vaccination is the single best pathway out of this pandemic. And while I would have much preferred that requirements not become necessary, too many people remain unvaccinated for us to get out of this pandemic for good,” Biden said.

“Vaccination requirements are good for the economy,” he added. “They not only increase vaccination rates but they help send people back to work — as many as 5 million American workers. They make our economy more resilient in the face of COVID and keep our businesses open.”

To go along with the former vice president’s rambling statement about how these unconstitutional mandates will miraculously jump-start the economy, the White House also released a fact sheet that details OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standards for U.S. Businesses.

The mandate will require employers with 100 or more people to ensure their employees are fully vaccinated or the unvaccinated must undergo weekly Covid testing and are required to wear a face mask. Those Covid tests will be coming out of your pocket. The White House stated the government will not require employers to provide or pay for the mandatory Covid tests since vaccines are free for patients and widely available.

So because you decide to not have an experimental mRNA “vaccine” injected into your body you will have to pay for a test as punishment. Let’s not forget that back in August, OSHA removed the rules for employers to have to record vaccination side-effects from the the jab.

Any private business that is caught violating this rather intrusive mandate will be fined anywhere from $13,653 to $136,532.

Yet, if you opt to get the “vaccine” employers will cover your sick leave if you have any vaccine side effects that prevent you from going to work.

I love how they never take into account natural immunity from those who were previously infected with Covid. An Israeli study has shown that natural immunity is better than 2 doses of the vaccine. Even though they’re up to 3 or 4 boosters at this point.

“This study demonstrated that natural immunity confers longer lasting and stronger protection against infection, symptomatic disease and hospitalization caused by the Delta variant of SARS-CoV-2, compared to the BNT162b2 two-dose vaccine-induced immunity. Individuals who were both previously infected with SARS-CoV-2 and given a single dose of the vaccine gained additional protection against the Delta variant.”

If you’re a healthcare worker the requirements are even worse. You don’t have an opt-out as private businesses do. Any health care facility that participates in the Medicare or Medicaid program must require its employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. There is no testing opt-out for health care workers.

“Together, these rules will cover about 100 million Americans — two-thirds of all workers in America,” Biden said.

The former vice president made the insane claim that the public is largely in support of this mandate and there have been no mass firings or worker shortages because of his vaccination requirements. Yet, an NPR article tells a different story.

“Washington state reports that so far, nearly 1,900 state workers, including the head football coach at Washington State University, have quit or been fired for refusing the vaccine. In Michigan, 400 workers at the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit walked away from their jobs. North Carolina-based Novant Health fired about 175 employees. And the list goes on.”

“In June, about 150 workers at the Houston Methodist hospital system quit or were fired for refusing to get a vaccine, out of a workforce of 26,000. One of them was registered nurse Jennifer Bridges, who has led the fight against Houston Methodist. The hospital system announced its vaccine requirement on March 31.”

“I’m calling on employers to act. Businesses have more power than ever before to accelerate our path out of this pandemic, save lives, and protect our economic recovery,” Biden said.

These mandates will not be met without a fight. Almost every Republican state AG has said they will take legal action to stop this mandate calling it “counterproductive and harmful” in a September letter to the White House.

We previously reported how OSHA will no longer require employers to record worker side effects from the vaccinations.
