‘Truth Social’ Will be the New Network and App Coming Early Next Year
In a press release, 45th President of the United States Donald J. Trump, announced that Trump Media & Technology group has entered into a merger agreement with Digital World Acquisition Corp. It’s obvious that the name will keep the Trump titled company, but it’s unknown if the headquarters will keep DWAC’s city of Miami. Considering the former President has moved many of his assets to Florida, it’ll likely stay in Miami.
The press release states,
“Trump Media & Technology Group’s mission is to create a rival to the liberal media consortium and fight back against the ‘Big Tech’ companies of Silicon Valley, which have used their unilateral power to silence opposing voices in America.”

The release also goes on to announce the launch of a social media network called ‘Truth Social’ early next year. A beta release will be rolled out in November of this year to invited guests.
According to the Palm Beach Post, TMTG also “intends to launch a subscription video on-demand service” that will “feature ‘non-woke’ entertainment programming, news, podcasts, and more.” We’re still trying to find where this was announced, however.
