Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death

Give me liberty or give me death. I’ve been thinking about this phrase quite a lot recently. Especially with everything that has been happening on a personal level to a few of us here at Offensively Patriotic. Our liberties are being stripped away.
Patrick Henry gave this speech to the Second Virginia Convention on March 23, 1775, at St. John’s Church in Richmond, Virginia. This was a few months before the Declaration of Independence was signed.
Give me liberty or give me death.
We are being threatened to have our freedoms torn from us because people are offended. They are seeing racism at every turn even when there is no racism. These insane people on the left are going through everyone’s social media and having people fired for their opinions.
Is there a war going on throughout this country? Yes. The BLM and Antifa terrorists are burning down entire cities and taking over police precincts. They are attacking people who don’t agree with their way of thinking. They are demanding reparations for something none of them have had to go through.
The companies that are terminating people for expressing their own opinions are a huge problem within this country. When you’re told to “shut up and comply” there is a problem.
Why should anyone have to shut up and comply because their job says so?
There comes a point where you will probably have to decide what’s more important to you, your job or your dignity. Your job or your freedoms. I do not live to work. My life is not the company I work for. That is not my identity.
Nathan Hale Didn’t Comply
I will not shut up and comply.
Nathan Hale was only 21 years old when he died for the budding country of the United States at the hands of the British.

Who would not be that youth? What pity is it
That we can die but once to serve our country.
Our founding fathers wanted the United States to be a place of freedom. We are able to be who we want to be. With the groups that are starting to rise up and cause insurrection are bringing communism and socialism. These ideologies have never worked throughout history. Yet, they always say the same thing. “We can do it differently.”
CHOP/CHAZ was a great example of how Socialism/Communism does not work. They did not want to have a leader. It was supposed to be a “free community.” It only took a few days for a warlord to take over and only another day before violence erupted.
While those of us on the right may not be screaming as loud or be as violent as those on the left, we will not sit by while our country burns.
