On January 20th 2020, 2nd Amendment supporters from around the country converged on Richmond, Virginia to protest Governor Northam’s very illegal gun confiscation bill he’s trying to pass.
DemocRat governor, Ralph Northam declared a state of emergency prior to the event stating, “We have received credible intelligence from our law enforcement agencies that there are groups with malicious plans for the rally that is planned for Monday,”
So he beefed up security and set up “freedom zones”. What were these freedom zones? Cages, guarded by armed military and police who took away your guns.
What freedom was that about?
The left likes to demonize those of us who practice our 2nd Amendment right. They claim that we are dangerous and will start shooting people if we have our guns. They think that taking guns from law abiding citizens is going to curb the gun violence that “plagues” our country.
No, that’s not how it works. The law abiding citizens are not the ones who are shooting and killing people.
During the 2A protest in Virginia not one person was shot. Tens of thousands of weapons were carried and not one person was shot.
In Chicago, 13 people were shot that day, 3 of those people died. And again Chicago has strict gun control laws. If it’s legal gun owners who are doing all of these shootings explain how not one person is shot in a crowd of 20,000+ gun owners but 13 are in an area where guns are heavily regulated?
