The brothers that were involved in the hate crime hoax with Jussie Smollett have now decided to sue Smollett’s attorneys.
Well, as if there couldn’t be anymore twists and turns in this case, we have this latest curve ball. The word on the street is that the two brothers are going after Tina Glandian, Mark Geragos, and Geragos’ firm for defamation.
Apparently, Geragos’ firm has been making public statements that the brothers “led a criminally homophobic, racist and violent attack against Mr. Smollett,” even though the firm knew that wasn’t true.
Jussie Smollett and his attorneys must have thought that this case would be kept out of the limelight and out of the courts, but it doesn’t look like their hopes and dreams will be granted.
I hope they take everything they can from Jussie and/or his attorneys, even though they were technically in the wrong for even going along with the hoax.
